FOR FOUNDATIONS
Panelling with the composite systems EPIC ECO is extremely fast, abundant palette of elements allows the best possible panelling composition in foundations; no redundant area of system is installed, because the area of panelling almost completely matches the area covered in concrete. Pannelling can be carried out in extreme weather condition including rain, without any damage to the structure or formwork shuttering.
The basic sizes are 70 cm (2.3 ft) and 140 cm, while the system provides an option of single panelling to the height up to 8.4 m / 28 ft. It also provides an option of all the dimensions in between for the elements are compatible in horizontal and vertical directions. The system has 7 basic elements and 23 binding elements that provide implementation of complete panelling of walls and retaining walls. The base heights are 70 cm, 140 cm, 280 cm, 350 cm and 420 cm. All the intermediate dimensions are possible because the elements are compatible vertically and horizontally. So any variable length and height walls is possible.

With the basic sized structure any columns, square and rectangular can be made using EPIC ECO system. The basic heights are 2.3 ft & 4.6 ft. Columns come with external angles 2.8m / 9.2 ft and reinforcements.

Composite Fiberglass formwork system EPIC ECO® provide comprehensive panelling with a single panelling system on the construction site, from the foundations to the roof. The system has good mechanical properties, for it can bear the load of up to 60 Kn/m2 of panelling. Composite & fiberglass formwork systems EPIC ECO were tried out by our users in the extremely environmental conditions. The panelling was easily carried out at the temperatures of -23 °C to 50 °C, where no damage was done to the panelling systems.
